The program started with first session where Drs Cherry Shah, Swati Allahabadia and Uma Bansal were the chairpersons. Youth council member of MOGS Dr Nishita Parekh spoke on Breast Anatomy / Physiology. This was followed by talk on Nipple Discharge by Surgeon, Dr Ashwini Wagh. Dr Kamini Patel from Ahmedabad gave an insight into Breast knows - how’s in adolescents. Dr Sujata Dalvi, convener of program spoke on Breast pain / discomfort – Gynecologists perspective.

Panel Discussion on Breast lump evaluation was moderated by Dr Kawita Bapat, chairperson of FOGSI breast committee / convener of program along with Dr Ameya Purandre.

The panelists were Drs Arun Nayak(PP), Ashwini Bhalerao Gandhi(PP), Ashok Anand, Sarita Bhalerao, Pooja Bandekar, Bhagyam Natarajan (Radiologist) Various cases were discussed with interaction.

This was followed by Inauguration where lamp lightening with release of Breast cancer screening information kit with CD was done by Dr Nandita Palshetkar, President MOGS, Dr Kawita Bapat, Dr Sujata Dalvi, PP Drs Arun Nayak, Ashwini Bhalerao Gandhi and MOGS Managing Council members present. The kit was distributed to all the delegates.

Session 2 – Chairpersons were Dr Ganpat Sawant / Dr Sangeeta Agarwal

Dr Reshma Palep, Surgeon spoke on Role of Surgery in Breast Cancer with cosmetic aspect. Dr Neeta Nair from Tata hospital spoke on Breast cancer in Young patients and their impact on their lives.

Total attendance was 154
