Last date for submission of your case report: Jan 20, 20252. Case report of not more than 500 words (Word limit exclusive of the text in the title page, abstract, references, tables andfigures)3. Maximum 4 photos and not more than 5 latest references, less than 5 years old4. The person who begins the manuscript submission process is by default the Corresponding Author5. Declaration of conflict of interest. Senior author from all the co-authors should attest. All authors to be involved in themanagement of the case6. Patient consent must be taken and submitted along with the report.7. Send in your manuscript and necessary documents to mogschronicles24@gmail.com and CC to:mogs2012@gmail.com8. Submissions not complying to the above instructions and incomplete documents can be rejected.9. Final decision of acceptance lies with MOGS and editors.10. Accepted manuscripts will be intimated by email.Guidelines for submission1. Cover letter2. Title page: Should include: Title of the article. For all contributing authors provide- Full names, departmental and institutional affiliation, e-mail address, telephone numbers, including the city, state or province, and country where the work wasperformed. Colour photograph of the First author and a 100 words description of the author written in third person.3. Abstract: Unstructured 200 words case summary4. Minimum 3 keywords.5. Text: Manuscripts should be submitted in Word. Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 10-point Times Roman) for text.6. Please type references double-spaced and number them in order of their first appearance in the text (maximum 5 and lessthan 5 years old). Once a reference is cited, all subsequent citations should be to the original number.7. Patient consent to be taken and a note made in the manuscript. The figures should be properly labeled and indicated in the manuscript. If you include images that have already been published elsewhere, you must obtain permission for both the print and online format.9.
