FROM THE DESK OF THE EXECUTIVE EDITORDear Readers,It is with great excitement that I present to you the inaugural issue of the MOGS Chronicles. This milestone marks the fruition of our constant efforts to bring quality academics through case-based learning and our desire to engage with our MOGS members. Journals are invaluable resources to update our knowledge and keep abreast of the latest developments in our field. This journal is a compilation of cases contributed by our MOGS members. Each case featured here not only highlights the complexities of our field but also showcases the successful management of the unique challenges we face in our practice. In this volume, you will find a variety of cases that tackle challenging clinical scenarios, innovative surgical techniques, and the diverse aspects of patient care. These stories serve as learning tool, offering insights that can enhance our practice and ultimately improve patient outcomes.I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to MOGS President Dr. Suvarna Khadilkar for leading this initiative and for giving me this opportunity.
